Just wanted to show you some substitutes for those cravings we get, because i know i get them all the time. Most cravings are because of stress,sadness,boredom,anxiety or even visual advertising. When we eat the foods we crave we then often remember that soothing feeling and so the next time we fix our cravings by doing the something. so how can we help it? - i did a chart of the basics we often crave (salty food,buttery,milky and sweets) to help our bodies and to start training our selfs. So next time try to choose one of this options. in the long run you will see a change not only visual but you will feel much better in the inside :)
