I found this on Instagram and it deffenetly caught my attention, this are useful alternatives for so many health problems that a lot of adults are facing now a days and the best is that is natural no need for medications. 

Adding this spices moderately in our foods can help regulate cholesterol, triglycerides , low blood sugar , boost immune system , prevent type 2 diabetes , inflammation , heart burn and so much more . Introduce this in your daily food slowly always try to buy them organic because they will be less chemically treated and your body will be able to break them down better.

So yesterday I happened to wake up and instead of going to my 9 am tyiga class I decided to search in the internet for " beautiful park in yonkers " and I came across this park that is called Utermyer park & Gardens I read the description and saw some pictures so I told me my self I had to go. I took the bus that took me straight there and then while I was entering this park I saw this men that works there and asked him for directions on where to go he was so nice he told me he would give me a quick tour. He showed me around and when I saw the beauty of this place I was just mesmerized of the beauty of this place and how God can provide human with such imagination to create beauty. I then sat alone and began reading my book did some sessions of breathing that helped me concentrate and be grateful for life. I was able to do a quick yoga that just uplifted my day. 

I encourage you to go out of your routine and explore your surroundings even if it means to take a walk by a new street, this can benefit you in ways you can't imagine. Health is not only the food we eat but also the happiness and peace we bring to our daily life's. GO OUT even if is by your self and Thank God for the many blessings you are blessed with everyday.

These are the types of ingredients in most of our packed food and that often says " 100% NATURAL ". There is nothing natural about this ingredients they are all GMO's and if you start looking closely they are EVERYWHERE. This ingredients are put in our food to substitute the real thing, it is not the same to eat a watermelon and to eat a watermelon lollipop ( unless is made straight from just pure watermelon- which is very hard to do ) yes they might taste the same but no they are not the SAME. How did I feel during/after Watermelon cleanse!




 

Hello everyone !
So I completed the watermelon island cleanse. So how did I feel over all ? Let me tell you felt and feel amazing with more energy than last week and with a mind clarity that you guys can't even imagine. Was it hard to do ? Personally I do cleanses ones or twice a month but I never did a mono-mealing cleanse before which consist of eating only one thing, but I have to say I loved it and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Did I had any cravings ? YES I did I craved hot food 😁 but I just kept reminding my self I would be able to have all the healthy hot food after I'm done so I would drink about 16 oz of water and those cravings will fade away :) , I ate about 9 watermelons thru-out my 3 day fast and 64-68 oz of water a day. this deff made me use the bathroom a whole lot which is amazing because this is the perfect way that you body is expelling toxins and pollution out of our bodies so remember the more you go the better. Remember to have a minimum of 8 hrs to sleep within this 3 days because your body need maximum rest, while you sleep is when all your new cells regenerate, so GET SOME SLEEP . If you are an active athlete cut down just a bit of your work out routine but Do exercise, not to the extreme because your body needs as much energy as possible. 



After the 3rd day in the morning of 4th you should start of you day with a room temperature glass of water followed by 32 oz of watermelon juice ( NO ICE ) for lunch you need to have a soup ( with no meat ) your body is not ready yet to breakdown this heavy food. So for the following 3 days your meals will consist of soups and replace your rise with quinoa or coscous. Why ? You body needs to get balanced, you just did 3 days of cold food so you need 3 days of hot food BALANCE IS THE KEY TO A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE. I made a lentil soup for my lunch and a veggie soup for my dinner today, keep drinking lots of water and the most important PROBIOTICS this can be taken as a pill form or a drink such as KOMBUSHA it's a natural PROBIOTIC .
