My beautiful friend Veronica inspired me to make this blog post about the Extraordinary Benefits of ALOE VERA ! 

This plant has been used for medicinal purposes since the beginning of the first century AD. This magical plant has been used in a variety of things including cosmetics , food & of course medicinal, but it doesn't stop there many researchers have found its strong healing power. 

Many products now have aloe Vera specially facial & sun burn products  but is this really healthy or are they 100% natural, unfortunately most of them have added chemical ingredients and preservatives even when said 100% natural. Remember that the skin is our biggest organ and is actually the least one to receive pure nutrients due to high sales of body care products & their attracting smells. So becareful when purchasing any products promising you that are 100% natural read the ingredients and if you can't spell them or know what exactly they are better of to not buy it. This goes for everything and anything ! :) 

So where can we use this, well I say in EVERYTHING , from face mask for fighting acne, inflammatory medicine, rejuvenation aid, hair mask for hair loss, can be mixed in salads or dressings & even made in yummy made in juices & smoothies.

• 1/4 of Aloe Vera gel 

• 2 cups of strawberries 

• juice of 1 or 2 lemons 

• 3 cups of water 

• 2-3 Dates ( for extra sweetness )
