These are the types of ingredients in most of our packed food and that often says " 100% NATURAL ". There is nothing natural about this ingredients they are all GMO's and if you start looking closely they are EVERYWHERE. This ingredients are put in our food to substitute the real thing, it is not the same to eat a watermelon and to eat a watermelon lollipop ( unless is made straight from just pure watermelon- which is very hard to do ) yes they might taste the same but no they are not the SAME. All of this ingredients are making us sick and ill -hypertension,diabetes, thyroid problems, mood swings, depression, anxiety, obesity etc.  

Each and every ingredients of this are made just to replace the real nutrients of food and for the food to be conserved for a longer period. Making our bodies work harder and be full of toxicity which is the cause of sickness and illness. 

Next time you go grocery shopping take a look at this ingredients , write them down in a piece of paper or in your phone and next time check the labels and see that a lot of the food we think is healthy is NOT.

Google each one of this and see the harm they do in our bodies, I'm not kidding it's very dangerous. Why do you think now in days we have more babies with birth defects, autism and food allergies ? It's all due to the bad nutrition the mother had while pregnant ( due to all this ingredients our bodies can't break down properly ) or so many adults having chronic illness and young adults suffering of over weight ?
