MY STORY!!!
Hello everyone I’m Lina and I'm 23 years old I want to share with you a little bit about my story.
Throughout my whole life I have always been over weight raised in a South American culture I had lots of food around me all the time. My grandma loves to cook and she's is pretty good at it I remember her spoiling us with delicious breakfast lunch and diners every day. It was pretty hard to say no to her amazing cooking. Growing up and going to my teenage years was a little hard for me because most of my friends weren't over weight, I was never able to wear a two piece bathing suit until now, I was never comfortable in my skin and wished I was skinny. There was a time in high school; I lost weight by dieting but all this turned around after I stopped. When I graduated high school and move out on my own my whole life changed responsibilities, working two to three jobs, school, going out every weekend, getting drunk and bad food was getting me sick constantly. There was always something wrong with me, I was often in the emergency room and little by little the medical bills began to pile up. Even though I was working in a clinic the doctors couldn't find out what was wrong with me. Constant headaches, severe constipation, Allergies and body aches. I was then diagnosed with anemia in which would come and go but each time worst, I was always tired and all I wanted to do was sleep, sometimes I would sleep 16-30hrs straight on my days off I couldn't make up why I was feeling this way, after so many doctor visits they told me I had severe depression and right away I was prescribed anti-depressants. I hid my agony, stress, pain, loneliness in alcohol & other substances I stopped going to church and became a day-to-day living person. The pounds started piling up and in a matter of time I almost hit 180 lbs and for a girl my height of 5''2 weighting almost 180 lbs it was a lot. I used to say to myself that I was ok, but deep down I knew I wasn't and my only friends were parties and alcohol. I thought there was nothing wrong with having a good time but I wasn’t realizing alcohol and unhealthy food were making me very ill.
In 2013 I started to go to the gym every morning & ever night I lost 10- 15 lbs but I noticed I was starving my self at times because I didn't know what to eat, Subway, Panera Bread and Deli Salads all the time was getting boring so I was constantly making wrong choices because of hunger. One day I received some bad news that I had to move out of the apartment I was renting so my daily routines stopped, depression came back and I began to gain weight again because I was no longer going to the gym. In about 4 months I gained 16 lbs in a blink of an eye, I didn't understood the importance of food and how much toxicity I had in my body, I was so closed-minded thinking only the gym would do the work.
After so much research motivational instragram & Facebook accounts I started learning how damaging the foods available in every store, supermarket, delis & restaurants were and how this foods are not what we think they are. Food companies, pharmaceutical companies, Monsanto and so much more are the cause of so many sicknesses, diseases, obesity, autism, chronic allergies and so much more. I looked into organic foods and the truth about GMO's and how they are affecting us in our daily lives. I cleanse and changed my eating habits little by little. I would research day and night about food, how to heal ourselves and the miracles of natural medicine. Later on I realize how meat was triggering my health problems and how horrible our meat is processed, the places and things they have to go thru to get in that packed box with a sticker on top, it was then when I decided my body did not need this “protein” so little by little I s stopped eating it. In a short time period I learned so much and then joined a health coach program I was mesmerized by how beautiful food can be and how happy it can make you feel, how natural medicine is the best one for all of us and most importantly how we can heal ourselves from different conditions if we really wanted too. I returned to church, joined yoga and meditation classes in which opened another chapter in my life that helped become at peace with my inner self. I learned to breath to remain calm even on my worst days. I let go of all the hatred, resentment & sadness In my life. Loosing a total of 50 lbs I have never felt so happy in my whole entire life not only because I'm 50 lbs lighter but because I came to a stage in life where I found who I'm meant to be and how great you get to feel when your body is free from all this preservatives, chemicals, and fast foods. The person you wish to be or the little things you would like to change or adjust in your life would come gradually once you cleanse your temple, which is your body, once you cleaned your tummy you will free you mind.
This is why I want to show the world and help everyone achieve great things in their life and become a healthier person not just to look skinny but to shine inside out and learned how to be happy no matter what situation your life is on now. This is not only for over weight people this is for everyone that desires a life change for the better, remember that a healthy body & a healthy mind brings joy to our life's.
You have the power to change the negative to positive, the sad to happy, the bad to good. We are beautiful human beings we deserve the most wonderful things in this world that God can give us. So let's join together, grow and become better very day.

couscous 15 min Recipe!
Today's Lunch 😋
Recipe :
• 1Cup of Couscous
• 1 1/4 Cup water
• 4 tsp of Coconut Oil
• 1tbs of Sea Salt
• 2 stalks of Celery
• 1Cup of cilantro
• 1Cup of Basil
• 1 Cucumber.
--> Bring to boil then add couscous stirring quickly . Remove from heat cover and let it stand for 5 min. Serve it in butter head lettuce with an avocado and a dip of organic Non-GMO Chipotle sauce. Sit & Enjoy a delicious healthy lunch.

Why infant formulas are not good
After having my own niece sick as a newborn & Doctors changing her formula over and over again because they couldn't find out why she was having so many allergic reactions I decided to do an extended research about Baby's Formula and how unhealthy they really are. As we all know or may not know most of the formulas contains the harmful ingredient of Corn Syrup & Sugars ( one main cause of Obesity ) so what is Corn syrup you may be asking well about 90 percent of the corn grown in the US is genetically modified to withstand high doses of glyphosate and pesticides and in fact the corn seed itself contains glyphosate. In other words this is a artificial sweetener made of pesticides , chemicals & much more.Corn syrup or fructose corn syrup is found in almost every processed food ( canned,baked goods,dairy products,carbonated drinks & most sweetened drinks today.

When you go cook, do you look in your kitchen pantries for dimethylpolysiloxane ( a type of silicone ) butylhydroquinone ( a petroleum based product ) , Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial sugar, or Modified Starch I don't thinks so. So why feed our selfs & our kids with this Harmful foods ? I know mostly everyone lives a fast life style and is hard to cook all the time or carry food around all day. But why not choose the healthy Fast food like fruits and veggies, I'm sure we all can find a store in the go and instead of purchasing this fake foods, purchase fruits or raw veggies. Let's not make all this franchises richer then they are by poisoning us.
