Today I'm so happy happy and feeling super blessed and with a hudge accomplishment, I've been trying to do this pose for couple months now and Today I Finally did it YAY !  It is so amazing that right on the third day of my watermelon cleanse I was able to do it :) I deff feel lighter. I want to tell you that even when you are trying to accomplish anything in life and it seems hard because you have tried over and over and don't see any progress DONT YOU DARE GIVE UP !!! Dedication = Success just rememeber that when you least expect things and you know you have been putting your ALL one day no to far away you will be able to see the RESULTS and they will be better then what you were expecting.

I feel so Happy and supper energetic .Did some yoga in my house this morning and drank a whole lot of watermelon juice .I blended one whole watermelon it gave me 2 1/2  32 oz glass jars NO WATER IN IT , I also blended the RID I suggest you do it too because the rind has the most vitamins and minerals and it taste delicious.

Today is Day 2 of my watermelon island Cleanse and let me tell you I feel great, with Energy, Lighter , no bloating ( I love this ) and I've been 🏃💨 to the bathroom 😁 I truly feel that my body is detoxifying 👏  once does craving pop in my brain I immediately think of how sweet and delicious watermelon taste and how amazing I'm going to feel once I'm done and this thoughts go bye bye 💪.  Remember your brain can control a lot of the actions you sometimes make ( or most of the time 😁) But YOU are stronger and CAN control your brain too 😌 #positive thinking 🙏

Hello Awesome Beautiful People!

Ok so who of us doesn't feel tired, confused, eat unhealthy food, constipated, loss of energy, bloated, sad, or weak ? I think most of us go thru any of this on a daily basis. 
Wouldn't you like to give your body some rest of constantly eating different foods & most of the time unhealthy ones ? Giving your body the chance to cleanse and just give it a break from all this harmful foods ? Well I don't know about you but I love cleansing ;) I would be doing a 3 day WATERMELON ISLAND CLEANSE  and I would like you to join me ( this is for everyone, weather your skinny, thick,or over weight ) I would be posting pictures this next 3 Days of how I'm doing,how I'm doing it & it's benefits:) I would be doing this challenge again on   August 11th -13th so if you can't do it now we can do it together in two weeks.

Go out for a run, walk or even a bicycle ride. Take Adavantage of nature and it's beauty why not take 30 min or 1 hr for your Self, remember that you are important and for more busy that your are couple mins for only you won't back you up in anything, this is self therapy and it's way cheaper then paying for one and I find it more beneficial too . So go out tonight or tomorrow and just let the fresh air fill your lungs, I guarantee that you would wake up or have a better day :) God bless !! 

Plant Based Medicine for Anemia



How wonderful it would be to get rid of your anemia or even prevent it, well you can. I suffered of anemia for about 5 years and I was always on meds but it never helped me 100% it actually got me worst by the time. Feeling of tiredness, no energy and dizziness was getting overwhelming so I switched my meds to natural plant based ones and I can say I'm officially anemia free :) try making a juice in the morning if not put it in your salads for lunch or dinner what ever suits you best but always have a good amount throughout your day every day and you will see and feel a change of energy little by little. Try it ! There is not better medicine then the natural one. 

My personal recipe for juice:

1 beet 
1 stalk of celery 
3 stalks of kale
1 cup of parsley 
You can add a red apple for extra flavor ( optional )  Blend, strain & enjoy !!!

This juice is good for energy, blood purification, alkaline and it's delicious.

*Carrots helps with vision , full of beta carotene ( converts to vitamin A in your liver ) builds strong bones & a healthy nervous system.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MILK





  Year after year more people has become lactose intolerant which is the reason companies came with lactose free milk, whole milk,1% & 2% but we have never actually stopped and think how they make this milk because we " trust" our supermarkets. For so long cows has been mistreated & overworked milk is no longer the milk we think we consume, this cows have been injected with hormones to produce more milk than what they can produce in a time span and this causes pus to be in our milk, Yes pus all milks contains harmful ingredients. Cows no longer make 100% natural milk which is very sad. they now eat gmo food crops get injected with insane amounts of hormones and are not treated correctly.
So what are we really drinking and being sold ? It is said that in a glass of milk we can have up to 20 different chemicals like the ones pain killers have, antibiotics and growth hormones “Researchers believe some of the drugs and growth promoters were given to the cattle, or got into milk through cattle feed or contamination on the farm ... [The] breakdown ... revealed that cow’s milk contained traces of anti-inflammatory drugs niflumic acid, mefenamic acid and ketoprofen ... It also contained the hormone 17-beta-estradiol”. Each day we are getting less natural foods in our system because of the process they go thru. Milks that are full of chemicals, drugs, hormones & GMO's are causing babies, teenagers & adults to get sick without realizing it dairy products are causing lactose intolerant, severe acne, digestive problems, allergies and so on. 
So what are we supposed to drink ? Well here we have different non-gmo milk and it can be made from scratch at home and better yet VEGAN NO ANIMAL HARM 
 1- Coconut-milk ( 100% coconut milk - not the one you see in groceries store in a can ) is full of beneficial ingredients for our health it reduces the risk of heart disease, weight loss ( when used appropietly) and even improves our immune function. 
2- Almond milk is a great source of vitamin E antioxidant , reduces free radicals in the body which can help prevent conditions such as diabetic type 2 and osteoporosis it has no cholesterol or saturated fats. 

I will do a post on how to make this milk, it's pretty easy , inexpensive & delicious. One more way for a healthier you :)

MY STORY!!!



 Hello everyone I’m Lina and I'm 23 years old I want to share with you a little bit about my story.

 Throughout my whole life I have always been over weight raised in a South American culture I had lots of food around me all the time. My grandma loves to cook and she's is pretty good at it I remember her spoiling us with delicious breakfast lunch and diners every day. It was pretty hard to say no to her amazing cooking. Growing up and going to my teenage years was a little hard for me because most of my friends weren't over weight, I was never able to wear a two piece bathing suit until now, I was never comfortable in my skin and wished I was skinny. There was a time in high school; I lost weight by dieting but all this turned around after I stopped. When I graduated high school and move out on my own my whole life changed responsibilities, working two to three jobs, school, going out every weekend, getting drunk and bad food was getting me sick constantly. There was always something wrong with me, I was often in the emergency room and little by little the medical bills began to pile up. Even though I was working in a clinic the doctors couldn't find out what was wrong with me. Constant headaches, severe constipation, Allergies and body aches. I was then diagnosed with anemia in which would come and go but each time worst, I was always tired and all I wanted to do was sleep, sometimes I would sleep 16-30hrs straight on my days off I couldn't make up why I was feeling this way, after so many doctor visits they told me I had severe depression and right away I was prescribed anti-depressants. I hid my agony, stress, pain, loneliness in alcohol & other substances I stopped going to church and became a day-to-day living person. The pounds started piling up and in a matter of time I almost hit 180 lbs and for a girl my height of 5''2 weighting almost 180 lbs it was a lot. I used to say to myself that I was ok, but deep down I knew I wasn't and my only friends were parties and alcohol. I thought there was nothing wrong with having a good time but I wasn’t realizing alcohol and unhealthy food were making me very ill.

  In 2013 I started to go to the gym every morning & ever night I lost 10- 15 lbs but I noticed I was starving my self at times because I didn't know what to eat, Subway, Panera Bread and Deli Salads all the time was getting boring so I was constantly making wrong choices because of hunger. One day I received some bad news that I had to move out of the apartment I was renting so my daily routines stopped, depression came back and I began to gain weight again because I was no longer going to the gym. In about 4 months I gained 16 lbs in a blink of an eye, I didn't understood the importance of food and how much toxicity I had in my body, I was so closed-minded thinking only the gym would do the work.

  After so much research motivational instragram & Facebook accounts I started learning how damaging the foods available in every store, supermarket, delis & restaurants were and how this foods are not what we think they are. Food companies, pharmaceutical companies, Monsanto and so much more are the cause of so many sicknesses, diseases, obesity, autism, chronic allergies and so much more. I looked into organic foods and the truth about GMO's and how they are affecting us in our daily lives. I cleanse and changed my eating habits little by little. I would research day and night about food, how to heal ourselves and the miracles of natural medicine. Later on I realize how meat was triggering my health problems and how horrible our meat is processed, the places and things they have to go thru to get in that packed box with a sticker on top, it was then when I decided my body did not need this “protein” so little by little I s stopped eating it. In a short time period I learned so much and then joined a health coach program I was mesmerized by how beautiful food can be and how happy it can make you feel, how natural medicine is the best one for all of us and most importantly how we can heal ourselves from different conditions if we really wanted too. I returned to church, joined yoga and meditation classes in which opened another chapter in my life that helped become at peace with my inner self. I learned to breath to remain calm even on my worst days. I let go of all the hatred, resentment & sadness In my life. Loosing a total of 50 lbs I have never felt so happy in my whole entire life not only because I'm 50 lbs lighter but because I came to a stage in life where I found who I'm meant to be and how great you get to feel when your body is free from all this preservatives, chemicals, and fast foods. The person you wish to be or the little things you would like to change or adjust in your life would come gradually once you cleanse your temple, which is your body, once you cleaned your tummy you will free you mind.

  This is why I want to show the world and help everyone achieve great things in their life and become a healthier person not just to look skinny but to shine inside out and learned how to be happy no matter what situation your life is on now. This is not only for over weight people this is for everyone that desires a life change for the better, remember that a healthy body & a healthy mind brings joy to our life's.

  You have the power to change the negative to positive, the sad to happy, the bad to good. We are beautiful human beings we deserve the most wonderful things in this world that God can give us. So let's join together, grow and become better very day.

couscous 15 min Recipe!



Today's Lunch 😋 

 Recipe : 

• 1Cup of Couscous 

• 1 1/4 Cup water 

• 4 tsp of Coconut Oil

• 1tbs of Sea Salt 

• 2 stalks of Celery 

• 1Cup of cilantro 

• 1Cup of Basil 

• 1 Cucumber. 

--> Bring to boil then add couscous stirring quickly . Remove from heat cover and let it stand for 5 min. Serve it in butter head lettuce with an avocado and a dip of organic Non-GMO Chipotle sauce. Sit & Enjoy a delicious healthy lunch.

 1 cup of couscous only has 176 calories & 6 g of protein , contains Fiber, supports a healthy heart contains no fat or sugar , decreases the risk of diabetes. Let's remember that it's all in preparation most of the time we buy foods that are healthy but when we prepare them with non-healthy ingredients it takes away the great benefits of it , try not to use corn oil , masola oil , iodine salt or fattening butters. It all in how it's prepare :) so let's enjoy and include all healthy ingredients!! 

Why infant formulas are not good



     After having my own niece sick as a newborn & Doctors changing her formula over and over again because they couldn't find out why she was having so many allergic reactions I decided to do an extended research about Baby's Formula and how unhealthy they really are. As we all know or may not know most of the formulas contains the harmful ingredient of Corn Syrup & Sugars ( one main cause of Obesity ) so what is Corn syrup you may be asking well about 90 percent of the corn grown in the US is genetically modified to withstand high doses of glyphosate and pesticides and in fact the corn seed itself contains glyphosate. In other words this is a artificial sweetener made of pesticides , chemicals & much more.Corn syrup or fructose corn syrup is found in almost every processed food ( canned,baked goods,dairy products,carbonated drinks & most sweetened drinks today.

SOY:*filled with anti-nutrients, *linked to multiple cancers *harmful for children *it is said that infants on soy formula receive estrogen equivalent to 5 Birth Controls (yes it's true). That's it's just a few ingredient and look how harmful they are, imagine the other 5,10 or more ingredients in baby's formula.

  We all get low on energy once in a while and most people go for the" Energy Drinks " that are full of artificial ingredients as well of harmful chemicals. The amount of sugar,caffeine & artificial ingridients they contain it's ridiculous ( sugar and caffeine can make you addicted and have withdrawals ) Please be-careful and stop drinking this. Go for the beauty of nature and ingest natural energy boost foods, they not only help you get that energy needed but you will also be helping your beautiful bodies , Staying strong & Healthy. 

What are GMO's ?

   GMO's are a genetically engineered organism that have been applied to our plants and animals, Altered by adding DNA from different species that cannot be done in a natural way. For example grabbing the DNA from a Pig and implanting it in a Cow. Yes as absurd as it sounds that's it's  exactly what Monsanto the owner of all GMO's specially in the US is doing to our food.  
Where do we find GMO's ?  in all processed foods for example Mcdonalds, Burger King , Wendy's , Subway , Panera Bread ,Starbucks,Dunkin donuts, canned food , and bagged foods and even on products that say 100% natural. Harmful substances are being put on  our food like Soy lecithin ( a toxic emulsifier) artificial sweeteners, fructose corn syrup ( one of the most common, if you check out the label & the ingredients you can see this is in almost EVERYTHING ) MSG's which is a flavor enhancer used commonly in Chinese food, canned food, soups, "MSG has been labeled an excitotoxin because it is thought to have the ability to overstimulate cells to death". So imagine eating all This GMO's In a life time ? How sick would you be,because  all the GMO's that are in 90% of our foods it's the reason why we have so many diabetic people , hypertensive, with high cholesterol, more and more people are being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism ( thyroid problem) at any age, so many young kids with morbid obesity, us young women with infertility problems, & our children being diagnosed each and every day with Autism & so many other health problems. This is the reason why we are living with so much depression, stress and illness. our food is poisoning us little by little decade by decade & most of us were not AWARE of it. We can change this, we can help each other learn with out stop about the health benefits of knowing what foods your purchasing & choosing the REAL healthy ones not by only reading the big title saying 100% natural because more then half of this products are full of GMO's and with only a very tiny % of real food. Don't be fooled by the pretty labels, read the ingredients search up online this names and you will see that almost all of them are ARTIFICIAL. I always say if there's a word you don't understand or can't pronounce for get about it that package or that bottle is full of GMO's, Preservatives, & MSG's. Look instead for organic products but don't be fooled by does either ALWAYS check the INGREDIENTS !  Look for a sticker that says [ Non GMO ] & let's all ask for GMO food to be labeled we deserve to know. 

Fast Foods Killing us Fast !

  The Amount of chemicals ALL fast food contains shouldn't be allowed for our kids to eat. When you go cook, do you look in your kitchen pantries for dimethylpolysiloxane ( a type of silicone ) butylhydroquinone ( a petroleum based product ) , Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial sugar, or Modified Starch I don't thinks so. So why feed our selfs & our kids with this Harmful foods ? I know mostly everyone lives a fast life style and is hard to cook all the time or carry food around all day. But why not choose the healthy Fast food like fruits and veggies, I'm sure we all can find a store in the go and instead of purchasing this fake foods, purchase  fruits or raw veggies. Let's not make all this franchises richer then they are by poisoning us.
