Linaloveforhealth Recipe:
• 32 oz
•1 or 2 beets
• 2 carrots
• 1 stalk of celery
• 1/2 quart of blue berries
• 1 stalk kale
• 1 red apple
• 1 lemon
• 1 1/2 cup of filter water * [blend and then strain ]
This juice is good for energy, blood purification, alkaline and it's delicious.
*Beets are naturals Viagra , helps with weight loss & is full if fiber
*Carrots helps with vision , full of beta carotene ( converts to vitamin A in your liver ) builds strong bones & a healthy nervous system.
*Blueberries full of antioxidants , helps with weight loss & decreases risk of cancer
*Kale - helps cholesterol levels , free radicals from your body, it is said that helps reverse arthritis,benefits your immune system, liver & stomach. It contains omega 3's & 6's , high in iron and it's a great anti-inflammatory.
