For couple of years I have notice my eye vision degrading so one time I went to get my eye exam and was told I needed glasses. I didn't like that idea of having to rely on glasses for me to see better so I never got them, in the past year and a half I notice it was getting worst at night when I had to drive. After changing my life style only until recently I've notice my eye sight getting better then it was, I have the opportunity to learn more and more on a daily basis so 4 months ago my vision was very bad I would see very blurry for days and then it would go away it would specially be in my right eye and at night I would always have this issue in which made drive extra careful, it wasn't until I attended the Raw-Fruit Festival that in that week only I notice a tremendous change in my vision, no longer I was having dose episodes of blurriness and eye discomfort.
Since then I have been researching about foods that helps your vision and I came across with blue berries. This tiny little ball of deliciousness have so many benefits for our health & are incredible helpful for our vision . Did you know that this small tiny balls are like our eyes if you look at them they look like one , this is why i always say all fruits and veggies were created by God for a reason They all have a special benefit for our life's and we should take advantage of it this are the medicine for our life's.
Blueberries : Are high in antioxidants ( removes damaging oxidizing agents in our bodies ) studies have shown that not only are they good for weight Loss but are highly beneficial for our nervous system , brain health & new studies shows they can improve memory. As stated in livestrong.com " blue berries are rich in anthocyanins, a compound that was historically thought to improve night vision". I found this truly amazing so have decided search more about it and introduce blueberries in a moderate amount in my life style in combination with carrots due to its high content of beta - carotene a substance that the body converts to vitamin A which is a very important nutrient for eye health.
Suggestions on what to do :
- try to eat a higher diet on fruits and veggies
Try your best to buy the highest quality available because this tiny berries tend to be highly sprayed with pesticides.
You can make a juice in the morning 2-3 times per week , add them to your salads, you can make vegan blueberries sorbet or even have them in combination with other fruits for breakfast ,lunch , diner and even snack ( try to have a high decent amount )
For the next 3 days I will be doing RAW FOODS so Today I will be having juices for breakfast & lunch and a big bowl of salad for dinner.

- Five 6 oz box of blueberries ( Antioxidant & Eye Sight Helper)
- Couple of Mint leafs ( promotes digestion , soothes inflammation )
- 1 Big Beet ( detoxifier , energy booster , anti-Cancer properties )
- 1 inch of Ginger ( immune booster , gastrointestinal reliever )
- Chunks of watermelon ( skin , high in water content , antioxidant )
- 6 stalks of Kale ( fights heart disease , helps with diabetes , bone halts , digestion , high in vitamin A,C and K )
I will keep you posted in my process of reversing my bad eye vision & showing you more ways to improve our health :)
